Software Literature

Our suite of engineering software began with JarPro™ jarring analysis software, which is used to reduce the costs associated with a stuck drillstring by optimizing jarring tool placement. KVAP®, CVAP® and LiFE® are state-of-the art software applications that are widely used to evaluate critical valve and actuator issues in nuclear power plants. Our latest software, COMMAND™, comprehensively meets the documentation and trending requirements of the ASME OM Code Mandatory Appendix II, Check Valve Condition Monitoring Program

Kalsi Engineering Software Literature

KVAP Valve & Actuator Program

The Kalsi Valve & Actuator Program (KVAP), is state-of-the-art software that performs design basis calculations for all common linear and quarter-turn AOVs and MOVs in the industry. The KVAP validated quarter-turn models with position-dependant accuracy, which no other software contains, provide substantial margin increases in many applications.

CVAP Check Valve Analysis & Prioritization Software

The Check Valve Analysis & Prioritization software (CVAP) quantifies the rate of degradation of check valve internals, including hinge pin wear and disk stud fatigue. The software is used to prioritize valve maintenance, diagnose problems, improve reliability, and trend inspection results for condition monitoring.

LiFE Software

LiFE software computes the design life of the thrust and torsional components of Limitorque actuators of type SMB/ SB/SBD, ranging from size 000 to size 2.

JarPro Software Flyer

JarPro software is a general-purpose 2D jarring analysis program used to reduce the cost of stuck pipe events.

COMMAND Software

The COMMAND software is designed to comprehensively meet the documentation and trending requirements of the ASME OM Code Mandatory Appendix II “Check Valve Condition Monitoring Program.”
