Our Sugar Land offices are intact and operational following the hurricane

August 31, 2017

I am pleased to announce that our Sugar Land offices are staffed and fully operational today following the devastation of Hurricane Harvey. All of our employees and their families are safe and accounted for. Fortunately, our facilities were not damaged by the storm and all services are functioning. We are working with our logistics and supply partners to ensure uninterrupted delivery of rotary seal and engineering products to our valued clients. In addition, we are extending flexibility to our staff to make sure they are able to address urgent personal needs without undue pressure.

Prior to the arrival of Hurricane Harvey the KEI disaster planning team implemented our disaster protocol and shifted all operations to our North Carolina office last Friday. We also made advance shipment of all products. As of yesterday evening, all operations were shifted back to Sugar Land.

I would like to commend the KEI employees for their dedication and resiliency during this extraordinary natural disaster.

With deepest gratitude,

Neal Estep
Vice President
